Procedures

The Youth Affairs director prepares a study to indicate the need of establishing the center, in accordance with the following principles:

1. The availability of a proper building as an office for the center of an area not less than (200) m 2.

2. Population density and the possibility of benefiting from the center.

3. The availability of similar youth institutions in the region.

4. The distance closeness to any other center

5. The available means and opportunities to achieve the center’s objectives.

6. The available infrastructure in the region that can be invested for youth activities.

7. The possibility of obtaining volunteers to supervise the center, until the availability of staff.

 

The Youth Affairs Director is responsible for establishing the center according to priorities and the above principles.

Required Documents

Establishing application by the director in the governorate supported with his recommendations.
